Our Guest, Joe Hernandez

My name is Joe Hernandez. I’ve enjoyed and lived a relatively normal life. And like everyone else I chased the ‘American Dream’, that is of family, a nice home, car, and all those other material things we deem to be so important in life, but more so, that define our status in this World. I went to college, and I believe my education to be statistically average. My strength was in mathematics but I was inclined to follow my fondness for photography. I was in the process of realizing my most challenging and promising venture when ‘Life’ decided to lead me on my intended path. It started on a day that was innocent enough, and so, while at work I was involved in a minor accident, resulting in several fractured ribs. It’s amazing the way things turn out because if I were to be told this was the beginning of a journey that would lead me to the here and today, I would have laughed at the unlikelihood of such a possibility. But five weeks after this incident I woke up to a morning, much like every other morning, except that this day would find me in a hospital, unable to breathe. With the fall of night came a moment I would never imagine. It was time to die. Who would think that on a cool January night in Florida that a relatively young man of 46 would find himself face to face with Death. I did. But the experience did not end there, because after years of never discussing this event, after years of therapy, came the glorious day when someone said to me, “You’re not crazy. You had a near death experience…” As if the weight of the world was taken off my shoulders there came acceptance. Acceptance of the voices, of the visions, of the Angels, and especially of the One, of Mary, who guided me through to the fulfillment and completion of the philosophy of the Thirteenth Angel and the vision and drive to create this computer software and a deck of Tarot cards. Inspired by her grace the program and the cards manifested and became. I simply recorded. The software became, through the use of the 13 astrological constellations and GPS positioning, astronomically precise and accurate while the deck retained a great sense of what I simply refer to as the ‘feminine mystique’. The time of the feminine has arrived. Furthermore, the cards are, through a series of complex mathematical equations, tied into this sophisticated program that is now complete and that will enhance not only the tarot itself, but hopefully our lives.

I pray the software and these cards become as wonderful a tool for you as they’ve become for me. May the grace of the Angels bless you and may the light from above always shine for us all.
