Our Guest, Kathie Decker

Born 1950 to rural Illinois. My father was in the Navy during WWII and my mother and he married as soon as he got out.  Putting life together following trauma and trying to do the right thing are touchstones that are often at the heart of my stories. Married, divorced, remarried and mother to three neat people and grandmother to nine intriguing and fatiguing grandchildren.  My spouse and I have been together for thirty years.  I reside in the community I was born in and although I have not always lived here, have spent the major portion of my life in this community.  The Paranormal, that is above normal, occurrences that sometimes happen have always interested me.  I like to find out answers but I have learned to appreciate the questions as well.
