Our Guest, Ray Rolando

Ray, a twenty-nine year light worker, is a certified Master energy healer in the practice of Reiki, hands-on healing, Ray is also a recently re-discovered psychic and newly discovered medium.  

Like so many others, Ray knew at a young age that his knowledge of life seemed to come from a realm apart from his parents’ teachings and his own learned behavior.  He knew what family members, friends, and even acquaintances were thinking and feeling, but didn’t know what it was he had been experiencing, let alone how to harness it.  Therefore, unsure of his feelings, Ray buried them deep within himself around the age of 13, after some disturbing premonitions eventually becoming real-life dramas.  

Amidst his own continued personal and spiritual struggles with physical pain in the physical world, Ray eventually decided to seek out alternative healing therapies for the treatment of chronic back pain and the frustrated depressive state that seemed to coincide with it.  

It was not long after a Reiki treatment was performed on him by a practitioner, who eventually became his mentor and teacher, that Ray made a decision to assist others the way his new mentor had helped him.  Ray’s new “lease on life”  then led him to begin training for professional certification over the next 12 months.  Simultaneously, Ray began receiving messages for himself that he was supposed to build a healing center.  Low on funds and realizing he was not Kevin Costner in the movie Field of Dreams, he began working with his father-in-law to build a small healing center in the basement of his own home.

Ray’s first regular client was his own father.  While working on his dad, Ray began “receiving messages” for him.  It was these “messages” that began causing Ray to have flashbacks to feelings long since buried.  However, the confirmation of his psychic thoughts by his father intrigued him and he began practicing his abilities to connect to people again.  

Not long after his sessions with his father, Ray was beginning to meet more people, give free readings, and perform free healings.  Soon he began to feel something that he was not sure he had ever experienced  before – the presence of individuals around his clients whom he could not physically see or hear but “knew” were present.  At this time, Ray also began reading various titles by authors, and extremely gifted intuitives, Sylvia Browne and Doreen Virtue.  Topics he endlessly read about included Angels, Spirit Guides, and the Other Side.  Within weeks, Ray began connecting clients to loved ones in detail.
